Police ask drivers to stay home, Halifax buses off roads

By Steve MacArthur Feb 13, 2024 | 8:20 PM

Poor road conditions are forcing Halifax Transit to hault service as a nor’easter is bringing up to 25 centimetres of snow.

The city announced it would pull buses off the roads shortly after 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

It comes after a number of buses were stuck on slippery roads in Halifax and Dartmouth.
