Just a couple of days left this month to pick up your Wonka Bars.

Beaver Brae’s drama club is selling them in advance of their production of Willie Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Brooklyn Peloquin is one of the members of the drama club and says it’s a nice tie-in to the play.

“We’re going to be fundraising money for the musical happening on February 28th to March 3rd,” explains Peloquin.

“I think that it’s a wonderful way we’re fundraising money for this, because it’s bringing a part of the play into the fundraising, because they also were selling chocolate bars in the play.”

Peloquin adds that there are just two golden tickets left in the Wonka Bars out of the original five that were hidden in the chocolate bars.

“If you find one of them you get VIP seating and a chocolate gift basket.”

The Wonka Bars will be for sale until January 31st and then again starting on February 15th to the 28th, which is just prior to the show.
