The Kenora District Services Board is making just over $130,000 available for child care projects in the region.

Its part of the Child Poverty Reduction Reinvestment Fund.

The KDSB says the money must be used to create new programs or build on existing funds rather than replace current program spending.

It says ideally, these projects will involve more than one community partner.

Applications are due by February 22nd.
