More maintenance will be done on the Canso Causeway swing bridge this weekend.

That means a couple of 2-hour closures, so plan ahead.

You won’t be able to cross the causeway Saturday, January 27th, between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.

The other closure is Sunday, January 28th, between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m.

The Department of Public Works has coordinated with emergency services.
