355-million dollars over 3 years will help with modern technology, and increase access to care.
Health Minister Michelle Thompson says it will expand family health services, support workers and reduce backlogs.
The funding will also improve access to publicly funded mental health and addictions services.
Addictions and Mental Health Minister Brian Comer says they made a commitment 2 years ago to make those services more available, and they continue to build momentum.
