RCMP investigating break-ins in Meteghan, Dayton

RCMP are investigating 3 break-and-enters in our area.

The first happened on December 11th at a gas station in Meteghan, as a man broke a glass door and stole several packs of cigarettes.

He then fled on a red all-terrain vehicle.

A day later, a grocery store in Dayton had its window shattered, and cigarettes stolen, and man on a red ATV fled the area.

The most recent break-in happened Sunday morning, as a man broke into a hardware shop in Meteghan, and stole a generator and a box of tools.

He left the scene on a yellow ATV, he was wearing a black mask and gloves.

RCMP ask anyone with information to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
