Update: One youth and one adult arrested after teen badly hurt from assault

One adult and one teenager have been arrested after a youth was assaulted by a group of teens, resulting in serious injuries.

Police say it was January 4 in the woods near the 200 block of Thomas Raddall Drive between 12 and 1pm.

A group of teens not involved in the incident, found the victim and brought them to a nearby school, who was then taken to hospital.

A 16-year-old and 19-year-old are scheduled to appear in court to face charges of aggravated assault.
