For the second time in just over a day, police have laid impaired driving charges following a collision.
The OPP say the incident took place shortly after 3:30 this morning after a single vehicle accident at the intersection of Scott Street and Agamiing Drive.
Through their investigation, officers say surrounding property was damaged as a result of the impaired driver.
The 30 year was arrested and taken to hospital for further medical treatment.
He’s due to appear in Fort Frances Court on February 5th to answer the charges.
