A 37-year-old man from Dutch Settlement is dead after a head-on collision in Elmsdale Thursday morning.
RCMP say it was around 9:30 a.m. on Hwy 214, between a Black Ford F-350 and a semi-tractor trailer.
The driver and only one in the Ford, died on scene.
The 34-year-old driver of the semi, from Moncton, New Brunswick was the only one in the vehicle and was not injured.
Hwy 214 is expected to remain closed for several hours.
The investigation is ongoing.
