A province-wide arrest warrant for a Windsor man.

RCMP say 44-year-old John Allan Russell is wanted for breaching the conditions of his parole.

He is described as 5’8, 225 lbs, with dark brown hair and green eyes.

After several attempts to find Warner, police are asking the public for help.
