A man has been charged with five counts of sexual assault that happened in Waverley.
RCMP say it was over the course of several days in mid-November.
A woman had hired the man to help with her local business run out of her home.
When he visited the home, he sexually assaulted her.
The 31-year-old suspect was arrested on Cobequid Rd in Lower Sackville, December 15.
He was in court yesterday, put back into custody and will appear in court again today.
