By Tara Clow Dec 10, 2023 | 9:34 AM

You’ll need to hold onto your hats and umbrellas on Monday.

Wet and windy weather is on the way to the province.

Environment Canada has issued wind warning and rainfall warnings, depending on where you live.

Areas including Moncton and Southeast New Brunswick are under wind warnings, with gusts of up to 100 kilometres per hour forecast.

For regions including Saint John and County, Sussex, Grand Manan and Coastal Charlotte County, and St. Stephen and Northern Charlotte County, where up to 70 millimetres of rain is expected.  There is the the possibility of the rain changing to flurries.  Those regions are under both rainfall and wind warnings.

You’re waking up to unseasonably warm temperatures today as well, with highs of 14 degrees in some regions.

Be sure to tie down the Christmas decorations if you haven’t already.
