Five search warrants executed in the Greenstone area have resulted in five Geraldton residents being arrested and charged with numerous drug offences, and one weapon charge.

The investigation resulted in the seizure of suspected cocaine, methamphetamine, and ecstasy.

Canadian currency, as well as other items associated with drug trafficking, and one motor vehicle have also been seized.

The investigation remains ongoing and the accused are being held in custody and are scheduled to appear before the Court in Geraldton at a later date.
