A second person is facing charges in connection to the death of 48-year-old Natacha Leroy in Cape Breton.
A 28-year-old man was arrested on Friday and has been charged with indignity to human remains and being an accessory after the fact to murder.
He and a 25 year-old North Sydney woman, both charged in her death, made separate court appearances on Monday.
The woman is facing second-degree murder charges and indignity to human remains. She was arrested on the Bedford Highway on November 30.
Leroy’s body was found on November 29 in Big Bras d’Or.
Both accused are due in court on December 6.
