Three people, including one youth have been arrested in connection to a break and enter in Marathon, where several firearms were taken.

The theft was reported on November 18th and believe to have occurred in the days prior to it being reported.

An investigation led the officers to identify the three people, a 33 year old man, a 48 year old woman, both from Marathon, and a 14 year old who cannot be identified due to provisions in the Youth Criminal Justice Act, and recover the four stolen firearms.

Each have been charged with:

• Break and Enter with Intent to Steal a Firearm
• Break, Enter Dwelling House – Commit Indictable Offence

All three are being held in custody will appear in court at an undisclosed date.
