If you need a hot meal on a cold winter day, the Town of Yarmouth has a program for you.

The 100 Meals initiative is back on December 10th.

Mayor Pam Mood says she’s been putting the schedule together, and spots are almost full.

“It’s for absolutely everybody, just come to eat and socialize. The important thing is to get the word out right now, and folks are stepping up,” says Mayor Mood.

She says they’re in need of monetary donations.

They can be dropped off to town hall, and you’ll get a tax receipt if you donate over 20 dollars.

For the last 5 years, community organizations have stepped up and organized a hot meal during the coldest days of winter.

The meals rotate around the town.
