A special ceremony for those being recognized in sports.

The town of Port Hawkesbury will host a Sports Wall of Fame inductee ceremony this weekend, that will honour one athlete, one builder and two teams.

They are:

Angus Francis “Frank” MacInnis, Michael John Ryan, and teams The Strait Esso Flyers, and the 1909 Port Hawkesbury Junior Hockey Team

Two youth awards will also be presented for Blake Marchand and Sara Pluta.

It will be in Shannon Studio this Saturday at 2pm at the Port Hawkesbury Civic Centre.
