It’s time for the annual fall cleanup.

City crews will collect and remove fallen leaves in heavily-treed streets in the peninsula and urban core of Halifax.

Temporary ‘no parking’ signs will be posted in neighborhoods.

The city asks residents to abide by the signage and not park in the streets.

Residents are also asked to respect municipal by-laws which prohibit the sweeping or depositing of leaves along the gutter of the street or in the roadway.
