By Brad Perry Nov 16, 2023 | 2:38 PM

It looks like some New Brunswickers are about to pay more to fill up their vehicles.

An industry source says gasoline prices will climb around two cents per litre Thursday night.

The maximum price for diesel, on the other hand, is expected to fall more than 3.5 cents.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.

Currently, New Brunswickers are paying a maximum of $1.62 per litre for regular self-serve and $2.08 per litre for diesel.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.59 to $1.63 per litre while diesel is selling for between $2.02 and $2.07 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.58 per litre while diesel costs around $2.02 per litre.
