The Thunder Bay District Health Unit has announced a second COVID-19 outbreak at the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre as of November 15.

Both of the outbreaks are on the second floor of the TBRHSC in the medical in-patient units.

Unit 2B was the first unit to declare an outbreak on October 31 and now its neighboring unit, Unit 2A has also declared an outbreak.

There are restrictions on admissions, transfers, discharges, social activities, and visitation in the affected area of the facility until further notice. Please call the facility for more information.
