The NorWOSSA  “A” and “AA” court sports playoffs are taking place this week in Kenora.

St. Thomas Aquinas is hosting the “A” semis tomorrow and the finals on Thursday.

The Saints senior boys volleyball team is taking on Northern Lakes from Atikokan at 12:30.

The winner will play Red Lake at 9 am on Thursday in the final.

The Rams will play the Saints in the junior boys volleyball semi, with the winner advancing to play Northern Lakes at 11 am on Thursday.

In girls basketball, St. Thomas Aquinas will take on Northern Lakes in the junior semifinal.

The winner will play Red Lake at 3 pm Thursday afternoon.

The other semi will feature Northern Lakes against Rainy River in the senior semifinal.

The winner goes onto play the Saints at 1 pm on Thursday afternoon.

On Friday, Beaver Brae will be the site for the AA playoffs.
