Council elected to address one time-sensitive matter on the agenda before postponing the rest of the agenda to the November 20 council meeting.

The matter addressed was a resolution reporting on the Fort William Garden’s improvement.

The November 20 council meeting agenda has not yet been set, and it is unclear how the November 6 council agenda postponement will affect the upcoming agenda.
