A 44-year-old man is dead after an ATV crash in Simms Settlement.

RCMP say a vehicle was traveling on Highway 3 when an ATV suddenly crossed its path resulting in a collision.

A 54-year-old Greenfield woman, who was also riding on the off-road vehicle is dealing with serious injuries.

The man driving the vehicle was not hurt.
