New Brunswick native Donald Sutherland has been honoured with stamp by Canada Post.

Born in Saint John in 1935, Sutherland began his acting career in 1963, appearing in over 200 films and TV shows, including The Dirty Dozen, M*A*S*H, and The Hunger Games.

He has also received stars on Canada’s Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and been named a companion of the Order of Canada.

Sutherland also had a brief career with CKBW in Bridgewater Nova Scotia.

Canada Post says the stamp is available across all of their outlets.
