Thunder Bay District Health Unit 3 - Acadia Broadcasting Files

The Thunder Bay District Health Unit and Southbridge Lakehead long-term care home, located at 135 Vickers St. S, have announced the COVID-19 outbreak previously declared on October 16, 2023, on the 4th and 5th floors has been expanded to facility-wide.

There are restrictions on admissions, transfers, discharges, social activities, and visitation at the facility until further notice.
