A psychotherapist has been sentenced to 3 years in prison for sexual assault.
48-year old Dominic Deveau was found guilty on 2 charges of sexual assault in Nova Scotia Supreme Court in Yarmouth.
He is also required to register as a sex offender.
Deveau has also been ordered to stay away from his victims.
The assaults occurred in 2019 and 2020 in Yarmouth.
His license to practice psychotherapy was suspended in 2021.
