Thunder Bay and Oliver Paipoonge citizens have an opportunity to submit a review of their satisfaction with the Thunder Bay Police Service.

The Thunder Bay Police Services has released a citizen satisfaction and trust survey with the help of Lakehead University.

The main goal of the survey is to gain insights into the perception of the Thunder Bay Police Service, focused on trust and satisfaction with the services they provide.

Ultimately, the hope is that the information gained will enable the police service to better train their officers.

The finalized report will be available for public access on various social media platforms affiliated with the Thunder Bay Police Service.
