Riverside Foundation for Health Care is putting its 50/50 cash draw on hold.

It is being done in favour of a new one to involve twenty other hospital foundations across the province.

The new draw will offer multiple grand prize and early bird cash awards.

More details and how to obtain tickets are to be revealed later this month.

In the last Riverside draw, Mickey Ryll won $8,962 in September’s draw.

A long-time supporter of the 50/50 draws, Ryll says he has no immediate plans for his newfound winnings but hints at doing some work on his car or putting some of the funds aside for a trip.

The Foundation also announces revenues raised from September’s draw will go toward purchasing a new stretcher for the Obstetrics department.

Riverside’s cash draw will resume in December.
