Tourism is up this year in the City of Kenora.

That’s according to statistics collected by the Economic Development and Tourism department.

Visitors to the Discovery Center increased by over 3,000 this year.

There were 8,541 visitors for the same period last year.

By the end of July, almost there were 11,792 people who entered the building.

July was by far the busiest month with 5,004 visits recorded.
