Thunder Bay Police say a third person, this time a 16 year old boy, has been taken into custody in connection to a shooting which took place in the parking lot of Spence Court earlier this month.

According to a police spokesperson Toronto Police took him into custody on Saturday, where he appeared in court on multiple charges, via video from Toronto.

Police had initially taken a man into custody in the immediate aftermath of the shooting and later brought in a 36 year old city woman three days later.
