Mariners Stay Hot With Win Over Valley

The Yarmouth Mariners returned to the ice for their first game in nine days yesterday.

They beat the Valley Wildcats 6-1 in Berwick for their eighth straight win.

Ryan Semple had two goals, Reilly Mayne, Michael Marquez, Van Sawlor and Andrew Stuckless also scored.

Keegan Warren made 30 saves to pick up the victory.

The Mariners now lead the MHL with 51 points, two points ahead of Edmundston.

They host Truro this Friday and Valley on Saturday.

Games Re-Scheduled:

Two previously postponed games against the South Shore Lumberjacks have been re-scheduled:

Jan 15th game at Yarmouth will now be Sun, Feb 26th at 7pm.
Jan 20th game at South Shore will now be THIS Sun, Jan 29th at 7pm.
