Over the holidays the Canada Revenue Agency will be undertaking some major website maintenance which will cause disruptions to some of their online services.

In a notice from the CRA, they indicated the maintenance period will begin the morning of December 23 and run until January 9. The various online services being temporarily deactivated vary in terms of how long they will be down for and you can find detailed information on each service being impacted on the CRA website.

The majority of the longest service outages apply to services for businesses and those filing on someone else’s behalf. Services for individuals will also be going down though on a more limited basis and for a shorter period of time (Jan 6- Jan 9)
