November is going to go out like a lion
Heavy rain and high winds are on the way tomorrow night for all of Nova Scotia.
Winds could reach 100 kilometres an hour in some areas, with up to 60 millimetres of rain.
Environment Canada says the rain will fall over a short period of time, and there’s a possibility of isolated power outages.
The system is expected to move out on Thursday.
