Police call on public for help in East Preston murder case

The Mounties are providing new details into a murder investigation in Nova Scotia.

Police located the body of a 47-year-old in a parked van behind a strip mall in East Preston on the evening of August 30th.

Investigators have now released his identity as Barry Angus Studley of Middle Sackville.

Police are looking to piece together what happened in the days leading up to his murder and are asking the public to reach out with details on his whereabouts.

Investigators are also renewing their calls for dashcam footage taken the night of August 29th into the next morning along the 1900 block of Highway 7.
