The International Falls Broncos varsity girls’ volleyball team improved to 3-0 to start the season with a three-game sweep of Mountain Iron-Buhl.

Scores were 25-22, 25-21 and 25-13.

Kale Taylor led the way with 28 set assists and two ace serves.

Madison Wille recorded 13 kills, two ace blocks and two ace serves.

Lola Valenzuela had ten digs and three ace serves.

Grace Swenson added ten kills and six digs.

Bella Wille pitched in with 7 kills.

Karson Korpi had 19 digs and one kill.

The Broncos’ C Team and Grade 7 squad also won.

The C Team won by scores of 25-9 and 25-5.

The Grade 7s came out victorious by scores of 22-25, 25-22 and 15-11.

The junior varsity team lost in straight games, 24-26 and 20-25.

The Broncos football team was also in action for the first time this season.
They fell 44-28 to Chisholm.
