Property Guys now includes real estate and rentals.

The company’s new rental platform will be available to landlords, property managers, property developers as well as their prospective tenants.

Co-Founder Walter Melanson says they’ve partnered with “Rhenti”, which is a rental real estate software platform, “Renters, of course, want access to properties that are legit. I say that because there are a lot of platforms with rentals on them where there have been scams. There have been folks who fall victim.”

Melanson adds all of the rental properties are vetted to ensure they are legit.

Rentals will help drive more traffic to the PropertyGuys.com platform but it will also create organic cross-promotion opportunities for its evergreen system and exclusive franchise locations.

PropertyGuys.com‘s rental platform will allow landlords to attract more qualified renters while also helping them expose their property to a wider audience. In addition to delivering a robust authentication process for tenants, the service will also help landlords take care of all aspects of the rental process, including a credit check, resulting in a faster lease creation and signed contract.
