Mounties have released new information in the search for a missing 66-year-old woman from Moncton.
Police first reported that Angela Breau was last seen at a residence on Elmwood Drive at around 12:30 a.m. on Aug 6.
In an update on Friday, investigators now say she was spotted around 2 p.m. that same day at an Elmwood Drive residence.
“Police have followed up on several leads to try and locate her, but have so far been unsuccessful,” RCMP said, adding they and Breau’s family are concerned for her wellbeing.
Police are asking anyone in the area who may have surveillance video footage from August 6 at approximately 2 p.m. to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 857-2400.
Breau is about 5’9″ tall, weighs approximately 160 pounds, and has a medium build, brown eyes, and short, dark brown hair. She is also missing her upper teeth.
She was last seen wearing a bright-coloured top, with light-blue sneakers and a beige purse.
Police are asking anyone in the Elmwood Drive area who may have surveillance video footage from August 6 at approximately 2 p.m. to contact the Codiac Regional RCMP at 506-857-2400.
